Brand new houses again have the usual three elements but, like leaseholds, rather more in the contract pack. For example, many of the things that are established in pre-owned properties such as roads, drainage and power supplies are often still being built on a new estate so we need to check that all the necessary agreements are in place.
Whilst developers often offer incentives to buyers, they can also impose strict timescales which must be adhered to.
