We are authorised by the Solicitors' Regulation Authority as an accredited training provider. We wish to be regarded as an employer of choice within the local legal community.

Since 2005 we have held the Law Society's Lexcel Quality Mark which recognises the excellent client service that we provide to our clients.

Since 2012 we have also been recognised as members of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and you can access our professional rules at https://www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/handbook/code/.

Our quality systems and levels of service are regularly audited by a number of independent external bodies to ensure that we continue to meet the high standards that they require and that you deserve.

We have been operating a client questionnaire since 1997 and have made a number of changes to our systems and procedures as a result of feed-back from our clients. We are keen to hear any other suggestions for ways in which we might improve our service and welcome client feedback at all stages of our work.
