Our 2025 Lexcel Assessment concluded: "The Practice has created a positive workplace culture and demonstrated a proactive approach to people management and a continued commitment to the well-being and satisfaction of employees. It was widely acknowledged in staff interviews".

Our leadership team are the roots that allow our teams to grow; everyone is a on a personal development plan that reflects what they are looking from their Nowell Meller journey. Whether its to be the best receptionist they can be, to be a solid assistant to our lawyers, to qualify as a solicitor or to one day own the business, every colleague has their clear pathway to achieve their ambition.
