Celebrating Adam Mayer's Journey with Nowell Meller

After many years as part of the Nowell Meller team, Director Adam Mayer is preparing to begin an exciting new chapter, and we want to take the opportunity to celebrate his time with the firm and wish him every happiness and success for the future.

Adam has a long history with Nowell Meller, having first joined as a work experience pupil before going on to build his career with the firm, ultimately becoming a Director and member of the Board.

Over the years, Adam has made a significant contribution to Nowell Meller, he has built strong and lasting relationships with clients, supported and trained colleagues and played an important role in the continued growth and development of the firm.

Adam has now decided that the time is right for a new chapter in his life, giving him the opportunity to spend more quality time with his family.

Adam Mayer said:

“My time at Nowell Meller has been a hugely important part of both my personal and professional journey. I first joined the firm as a work experience pupil, so to have had the opportunity to develop my career here and ultimately becoming a Director has been something I will always be incredibly proud of.

I’m immensely grateful to the Board, and to everyone I have worked alongside over the years, for the support, encouragement and opportunities they have given me. I have been fortunate to work with some truly talented people and to build lasting friendships along the way.

It has been a very difficult decision, but I feel the time is right for me to take a new direction and to focus more of my time on my family at this special stage of our lives. I leave with many happy memories and a great deal of affection and appreciation for Nowell Meller.

I’d like to thank everyone at the firm for being such an important part of my journey. I wish Nowell Meller, my colleagues and its clients every success for the future, and I will always look back on my time at the firm with enormous pride."

For our clients, it is very much business as usual. During Adam’s recent period of paternity leave, our wider team has already been working closely with his clients, ensuring they continue to receive the high level of personal service and support they expect from Nowell Meller.

Those relationships and arrangements are already well established, allowing us to provide continuity and a smooth transition as Adam begins his next chapter.
