We will ask lots of questions to get to the heart of your matter so that we can provide a bespoke estimate based on all the relevant facts. You may call a number of firms where they don’t take this approach and give you a fee structure which simply doesn’t fit the bill. You will only discover this later on when, for example, heads of terms have been issued and the firm realises there is more work involved than they originally thought. This could delay matters and will certainly not start the client/Solicitor relationship on the best footing.
