Our Availability - Open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside office hours may be available on request.

Disabled Access - If you have a disability or have trouble with stairs our entrance provides access for wheelchairs and pushchairs. There are ground floor meeting rooms available.  If you are unable to travel into the office, we may be able to arrange a home visit.

By Car - There are some on-street parking spaces outside of our building on Eastgate Street but please note, there are restrictions. You can only park for 30 minutes and not return within 30 minutes. It is important to check parking notices for any changes.
For longer visits, there are car parks nearby for example; North Walls ST16 3AD, Civic Centre ST16 3AQ, Waterfront car park ST16 2HQ & Riverside car Park ST16 3AQ. 

On Foot and by Bus - We are conveniently located in the centre of Stafford on Eastgate Street, a short walk from The Gatehouse Theatre and next to Sliwinski's Jewellers. 

Buses serve the centre of Stafford at frequent intervals.

By Train - We are approximately a 10 minute walk from Stafford station, which has regular services from the main lines such as London, Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool.  

By Bike - There are many cycle paths into Stafford; you can bike straight to our office. Please note, we do not have any railings to secure your bike and any bikes left outside are at the owner's risk. 

Deliveries - Cars and small vans can park directly outside the front of the building. Please note, there are restrictions. You can only park for 30 minutes and not return within 30 minutes. It is important to check parking notices for any changes.
