Software Agreements

A software licence agreement sets out the legal relationship between the owner or author of software and the buyer of that software.

Without a suitable licence or agreement, there can be uncertainty as to when the rights expire, how the parties can terminate the arrangement, how the software will be delivered and updated, whether it can be assigned etc.
