Personal Biography

Michael joined the Board of Directors as Finance Director in 2025.

As Finance Director, Michael leads the firm's finance team and is responsible for overseeing the firm's financial management, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning. Working closely with the Board, he provides commercial insight and strategic guidance to support the firm's continued growth and long-term success.

Drawing on his extensive experience in business leadership and financial management, Michael plays a key role in ensuring the firm maintains strong financial controls, operational efficiency, and a solid foundation for future development.

Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends, taking holidays, relaxing in the garden and the occasional round of golf.
