Landlords! Are you looking to rent your commercial premises and have a mortgage?

Do not forget, you'll need to make sure the lender agrees to the terms of the lease. You may not have all the terms agreed but speaking to your lender relationship manager or team, to check their requirements, will save a lot of time later on.

Lenders have to provide consent because otherwise, you could be in breach of your mortgage.

The Lender will give written consent to the final lease agreed but you will ensure there are no last-minute delays if you’ve already spoken with your lender.
