Assistant - Dispute Resolution

Tracey is an Assistant within the Disputes Department based at the Stafford office and works closely with her colleagues to provide: -

  • Administrative support
  • Drafting correspondence and applications
  • Preparing files and bundles for Court and meetings
  • Liaising with clients

Within the department, we can assist with the following: -

  • Debt Recovery
  • Disputing a Will or an Inheritance
  • Partnership/Director/Shareholder Disputes
  • Professional Negligence
  • Property Disputes
  • Trespass/Nuisance
  • Judicial Review

Tracey's Approach: Tracey has a caring, friendly, professional manner and will go that extra mile to assist clients through complex, emotional and difficult issues.

Accreditations: Tracey has an ILEX Legal Secretary Level 3 Diploma and an ILEX Paralegal Level 2 Diploma.

Personal Background: Tracey was born and raised in Staffordshire and resides in Stafford with her husband and two children.

In her spare time, Tracey enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends. She is a National Trust member and likes visiting stately homes and going for walks and holidays. Here at Nowell Meller we support local charities and Tracey is keen to help with these events as much as possible.

Career and Nowell Meller Journey: Tracey joined Nowell Meller in April 2006 and has over 15 years experience working in the legal environment. She has worked in various legal departments over the years including Civil, Mental Health, Personal Injury, Wills, Care and Family. Tracey joined the Disputes Team in 2019.
