Sarah's Approach: Sarah prides herself on delivering excellent customer service to clients from start to finish, taking a friendly and empathetic approach. She understands that moving house can be a very stressful time and a process which, for many, is one of the most significant financial transactions of their life. As such, Sarah tailors her advice to each client and provides them with guidance throughout the transaction.

Accreditations: LLB Hons in Law and Business, Distinction in the Legal Practice Course.

Personal Background: Sarah was born and raised in Stafford, where she has resided for much of her life. She enjoys walking in the local area and visiting National Trust Properties.

Sarah is a keen baker, which stemmed from creating a wedding cake for her aunt and uncle’s special day. When she isn’t cooking up a treat she enjoys reading and music, spending some of her spare time strumming songs on her guitar.

Pre Qualification: Upon completing her Law and Business Degree at the University of Birmingham, Sarah took to the skies and worked as an air hostess for just over two years. This was a valuable experience and built the foundations of her communication and service skill set that she applies to clients today.

She later hit the ground running, embarking on her career in law where she initially worked within a criminal law setting. During this time, she completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) during the Evenings. Sarah completed her LPC with Distinction at Staffordshire University and gained the prize for best overall performance on her course.

Sarah then proceeded to move into residential conveyancing at a prominent Cheshire law firm, which is where she found her passion for helping people buy their dream homes.

Post Qaulification: After completing her Training Contract Sarah qualified into her role as a residential conveyancing solicitor. She has then gone on to develop and strengthen her knowledge and skill set within her chosen profession. This ensures that she fully assists clients and all connected parties with their transactions, helping them to achieve their goals.

Nowell Meller Journey: Sarah joined Nowell Meller in November 2020 as part of the Residential Property Team.
