Yesterday we held our annual Vision Day!
The whole firm got together to discuss our vision for the next 12 months. Our theme was ‘Strength’ with sessions around strengthening our team, collaborations, relationships and most importantly, our care for clients.
We took time to reflect on our core values, what makes Nowell Meller who we are and why our core values are integral to everything we do. We believe that strong foundations and building strength in the core of what we do will help us grow into something unique. We can grow as individuals, as a team and as a firm to provide the very best service that goes above and beyond for the clients we support.
We pride ourselves on our values, culture and care for our clients and we plan to continue strengthening this over the next year.
