  1. What is your new address?
    Our new head office will be located at:
    26 Eastgate Street, Stafford, ST16 2LZ
     
  2. When will the move take place?
    We are scheduled to move in November 2025. We will keep clients updated as the date approaches.
     
  3. Will your phone number or email address change?
    No. Our main office telephone number and all staff email addresses will remain the same.
     
  4. Will there be any disruption to services during the move?
    We are planning a phased relocation to ensure minimal disruption. Our aim is for the move to be as seamless as possible, and we will continue to provide the same level of service throughout.
     
  5. Is there parking at the new location?
    Yes. There is limited visitor parking available at the back of the building, accessible via North Walls.
     
  6. Is the new office accessible?
    Yes. We are creating a bespoke ground-floor client meeting space that is fully accessible, including for wheelchair users.
     
  7. How far is the new office from the old one?
    It is just a 4-minute walk from our current location.
     
  8. Are there public transport links nearby?
    Yes. The new office is still in the centre of Stafford, with numerous bus stops nearby. Stafford train station is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
     
  9. What will your opening hours be at the new office?
    Our office hours will remain the same:
    Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
    (Please note: Our front door is closed to visitors between 1pm - 2pm each day, though our phone lines remain open.)
     
  10. Do clients need to do anything differently for appointments?
    No. Appointment booking and contacting our team will remain exactly the same. Please continue to call us on 01785 252377.
    When you arrive for your appointment, you will still be welcomed by our Receptionist Nicky.
     
  11. Where should I send correspondence?
    For now, please continue to send all documents and correspondence to our current head office:
    7-8 St Mary’s Grove, Stafford, ST16 2AT.

    We will let clients know when correspondence should be directed to the new office. A post-forwarding service will also be in place during the transition period.
     
  12. Why are you moving, and what benefits does the new office offer clients?
    Our new office provides improved facilities for clients, including visitor parking and fully accessible meeting space. It also offers a modern working environment for our team, allowing us to collaborate more effectively and continue delivering the highest standard of service.
