Paralegal in Business & Commercial Property Team
Location: Stafford, ST16 2LZ (in-office role)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Working Hours: Full-time (36.25 hour week)

We are looking to expand our Business and Commercial Property Team by recruiting someone dynamic to support a director’s case load, with a particular focus on file progression.
The case load consists of all traditional elements of commercial property including sales, purchases, leases and refinance transactions.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, get involved, and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working directly with the Director and alongside a Trainee Solicitor and Assistant, helping with a variety of day-to-day tasks, including:
- Liaising with clients and third parties such as estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and accountants;
- drafting legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds and leases;
- Assisting with day-to-day case management; and
- Conducting legal research.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is:
- Competent with computers and proficient in software such as Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Confident and has a polite telephone manner;
- Comfortable in a team based environment;
- Organised with a keen eye for detail; and
- Keen to learn and develop in the role.
