Sandra Barnsley

Finance Manager/COFA

Sandra is based at our Stoke on Trent office and is primarily responsible for accounts administration including:

  • Cash flow forecast
  • Budgeting
  • Management reports
  • Liaising and preparing reports with the Auditors
  • Preparing & implementing the month & year end procedures
  • Legal Aid statements
  • COFA
  • Maintenance of both sites
  • Health and Safety
  • CT6 - interest
  • Fire Safety Officer
  • General Accounts functions

Sandra’s Approach:  Sandra is a calm and collected person, with strong organisational skills, which is essential when working in a fast-paced environment with strategic transaction and planning dates. 

Accreditations: HNC in Business and Finance.

Personal Background: Sandra was born and resides in Stoke on Trent.  She enjoys Tasseography for fun, and also likes to try new crafts.  Sandra likes walking and has climbed Scarfile Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdonia, although not in 24 hours! She also enjoys reading and cooking, likes fine dining and having a nice glass of red wine.

Career: Sandra started work as an Apprenticeship at GEC and achieved an ONC, EITB and City in Guilds in Electronic Engineering and a Diploma in TV and VCR repair.  Part of her apprenticeship was to train in every department which is when she found that she loved the accounts department and changed to studying and qualifying in Business and Finance.
