Louise Fenn

Practice Manager

Louise is based at our Stafford office but as the firm’s Practice Manager, she oversees the HR in both offices. 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating Contracts of Employment
  • Management of Staff
  • Maintaining office files
  • Maintenance of the holiday system
  • Management of Sickness, Payroll etc
  • Advertising and general recruitment

Louise’s Approach: Louise is very committed to Nowell Meller.  She is also compassionate and approachable which are both great attributes to have in her role as Practice Manager.

Accreditations: Louise has obtained her AAT qualification.

Personal Background: Louise was born and raised in the West Midlands until she was 10 years old when she moved to the Stafford area where she has lived ever since.  When she left school at the age of 16, she undertook a Business Administration Course where she was placed with Nowell Meller in 1991 as part of her work experience. 

Louise enjoys spending time with her family, eating out with friends, walking and going to the gym.

Nowell Meller Journey: Louise is our longest serving member of staff having already completed over 28 years of service.  She started her career with the firm as an office junior, progressing through a number of roles to ultimately become our Practice Manager.
