Business Development Assistant

Hasheem is our Business Development Assistant based at our Newcastle office and works alongside Business Development Manager, Holly Addison.

Hasheem is responsible for:

  • Assisting Holly with the day to day activities of the Business Development department including the maintenance of the firm's website
  • Supporting marketing projects including creating content for all social media platforms
  • Assisting to coordinate events both internally and externally
  • Helping to develop Nowell Meller’s presence within the community

Hasheem's Approach: Hasheem describes himself to be considerate, open-minded and sociable and willing to take that extra step for all colleagues and clients. He believes if you are to ever have a problem Hasheem can be the person you can go to. Hasheem has a professional frame of mind aspiring confidence, he is always ready to deal with any situation regardless of difficulty. Hasheem can demonstrate a great specialist mentality with his logical work ethic and creative productivity.

Hasheem was born and raised in the heart of Stoke On Trent. He attended NULC and SOT college where he studied BTEC Level 3 IT and Applied Science.

Hasheem enjoys singing combined with playing the keyboard. He also enjoys morning weightlifting sessions and late-night drives, as well as spending quality time with family and friends. Hasheem can also complete a Rubix cube in under 1m:30s, pretty cool right?

After his time at college, he had spent a great deal of time working within the security industry at entertainment and charity events.

Hasheem then took 2 years to pursue a passion for learning the development of strategy and internal team management for a successful Professional Esports team.

Nowell Meller Journey: Hasheem joined the Business Development Team on the Government's Kickstart Scheme as Business Development Assistant in September 2021.
