We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Caseworker to join our creative, friendly and ambitious Wills & Probate Team.
The role will be primarily based at our Stafford office but subject to needs may be required to work at our other offices from time to time.
We are looking for someone dynamic and who works well within a team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively plus work quickly and efficiently. Experience is required.
The role will include but is not limited to, advising and assisting in relation to:
• Will preparation
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Grant of probate applications
• Letters of administration
• Court of Protection applications
