Spreading Easter Cheer: A Sweet Donation to Childhood Cancer Parents Alliance
As the Easter weekend approaches, we were delighted to support Childhood Cancer Parents Alliance (CCPA) to bring a little joy to families affected by childhood cancer.
CCPA is a dedicated charity serving families across Staffordshire and the West Midlands. They provide vital support to families who have received the life-changing news that their child has been diagnosed with cancer—whether the child is a newborn, a young child, or a teenager. CCPA understands that a cancer diagnosis impacts not only the child but the entire family, offering compassionate support to parents, siblings, and grandparents.
What CCPA Does: Comprehensive & Compassionate Support
CCPA’s registered families receive a wide range of services, both in-person and virtual, to help them through difficult times. These services include everything from fun, engaging activities like parties and day trips to mindfulness and art workshops that provide a much-needed emotional outlet. In addition, the charity offers financial assistance, organises social meetups, and hosts lunches where families can connect and support one another. CCPA also sends out seasonal parcels and surprise treats, adding a little sparkle to their lives when they need it most.
Easter Celebrations: Adding Some Extra Sweetness
This Easter, CCPA is hosting an exciting range of activities for families to enjoy, and we're honoured to be able to provide a selection of Easter treats in the hopes that they’ll bring a few extra smiles to these families during their celebrations.
We feel privileged to support the incredible work that CCPA does, making a meaningful difference in the lives of so many.
