What happens if there is no Will?
If you do not make a Will then the Rules of Intestacy apply which means that people who you may not wish to benefit from your estate, may inherit. In some circumstances, your assets can even go to the Crown. Many choose not to marry and unfortunately partners are not covered under the current Intestacy Rules which may cause legal complications for those you love.
