Few commercial transactions proceed without some element of finance and we deal with this important aspect of the transaction alongside the property and business aspects.
We are on the panel of approved solicitors for many lenders. This means that if your transaction involves a charge, loan or other security through the bank or building society we will be able to act for you throughout the transaction, including acting for the lender, which saves the need for additional solicitors and helps to reduce costs. We can also deal with Companies House requirements in connection the charge, where applicable.
We have experience of many different arrangements for financing commercial property transactions. Where finance is coming from a source other than a bank or building society, such as another company or individual then we have the expertise to deal with the legal requirements, whilst also ensuring that relevant parties obtain independent advice where necessary.
Where clients require financial advice we are also able to put them in touch with suitable advisers if they do not already have financial advisers of their own.
