Robina was born in Stafford and has lived in Staffordshire all of her life.
Admitted as a Solicitor in 1989, she worked in private bractice in Burton
upon Trent for almost 15 years joining, Nowell Meller in October 2002.
Robina was appointed to the Law Society Children Panel in 1996, with
authority to act for all parties including children, and continues to represent
Children and adult parties involved in Public Law Matters (Care Proceedings).
In 2003 Robina attained recognition as a specialist family lawyer and was
appointed as a Resolution Specialist in Private Children Law
and Domestic Abuse.
Upon joining Nowell Meller, Robina trained and qualified as a Family
Mediator and regularly undertakes Mediation work within The Mediation
Centre, also using these skills to progress an increasing case load
of entrenched private law cases, on behalf of the children who are the
subjects of the application.

When not dealing with Family Law issues Robina spends her free time
with her children and husband on the family farm, although not a qualified
tractor driver she can lamb a sheep! Music is a family interest and she
sings in one of the Lichfield Cathedral Choirs and is Treasurer and a
Trustee of Lichfield Competitive Music Festival. The family enjoy horse
riding together and Robina spends much time supporting the children
in their diverse activities from Hockey to White Water Kayaking, although
not necessarily taking part!
