Nowell Meller pass Lexcel Assessment

The practice was subject to a three-day assessment against the Law Society's quality standard, Lexcel. As it is now six years since we were first awarded this standard, it was our turn for a full re-assessment (these take place every three years). Our assessor was pleased to note our best ever performance on audit with only a small number of minor non-compliances, all of which have since been corrected. This was, he said, an indication of the hard work that everyone in the firm continues to put in. He also noted that people were feeling quite positive about the future despite the difficult trading conditions.
