Steve, Jane and Debby are thrilled to announce that from 1 November 2018, Carly Colough - Head of the Family Team - joins the Board of Directors.
Carly made the exciting move to Nowell Meller in October 2017. From day one, Carly's expertise, professionalism and caring work ethos helped to develop our our family work to such an extent, at both the Stafford and Stoke sites, that within a short period of time we were undertaking a recruitment drive. Others have joined to work alongside Carly, who is continuing to lead the team from strength to strength. The positive feedback from clients and other professionals about the way in which Carly and her team conduct themselves, underpins everything Nowell Meller stands for.
On 18 October 2018, we also saw Carly's creative side when we helped her to launch The Bears' Lair - a dragons den style event held at The Moat House, Acton Trussel. This fabulous evening saw Mr Popple's Chocolate win a prize worth £10,000 of business support for a year from the 5 bears (Nowell Meller, Verso Creative, Stafford Railway Building Society, Bespoke Creations and Carthy Accountants) and over £3,000 raised for Katharine House Hospice.
We are delighted that Carly will bring her dynamic skills and personality to the board to help us continue raising standards within the legal profession, providing the firm's clients with a quality, down to earth, practical and caring service through creative and innovative ways. We wish Carly every success in her new role and look forward to the next phase.
