Big Hand Digital Dictation

We introduce digital dictation across our three offices. We selected the Big Hand system for this purpose and all staff can now record digitally, both from home and in the office. This should improve the efficiency of document production and enable us to administer the typing work across the practice enablng us to deal more effectively with short-term absences or other variations in work-load.
