Nowell Meller successfully completed its periodic indepdenent assessment against the Investor in People Standard and the Law Society' Lexcel Quality Standard. In his report, our auditor included the following as strengths and areas of good practice:
- there is a strong desire and drive from the Directors to invest in the ongoing learning and development of the people
- there is a very genuine desire from the Directors to engender a culture of openness, support and encouragment to staff to become involved in the success of the company
- there appears to be a high level of commitment to providing the best client care
- there is an emphasis on continuous improvement with a desire to constantly seek ways of improving the advice, guidance and support provided to clients
