OUR QUALITY KITEMARKS

In 2002 Nowell Meller Solicitors were recognised as an Investor in People acknowledging the importance that we place on the development and training of our staff. Our assessor remarked in 2013 that we recognise that it is quality and not cost that retains existing clients and wins new clients. Our current recognition expired in September 2016 and we have taken the view that our money can now be better spent.

We are also authorised by the Solicitors' Regulation Authority as an accredited training provider. We wish to be regarded as an employer of choice within the local legal community.

 



Since 2005 we have held the Law Society's Lexcel Quality Mark which recognises the excellent client service that we provide to our clients.

 

 

Since 2012 we have also been recognised as members of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Our Family Law Service is recommended by The Legal 500 directory. We wish to be regarded as setting the standard for technical excellence and genuine client service within the local legal community.

We hold the Mediation Quality Mark awarded by the Legal Services Commission recognising our role as a quality provider of Legal Aid services.

Our quality systems and levels of service are regularly audited by a number of independent external bodies to ensure that we continue to meet the high standards that they require and that you deserve.

We have been operating a client questionnaire since 1997 and have made a number of changes to our systems and procedures as a result of feed-back from our clients. We are keen to hear any other suggestions for ways in which we might improve our service and welcome client feedback at all stages of our work.
