In common with other professional services, solicitors are considered expensive by most of their clients. We understand that the expense of employing our services is a real worry and we will therefore do what we can to give you a clear indication of the costs involved right at the start.
In addition, an initial diagnsotic interview to consider how we might be able to help you and to estimate the costs will be FREE OF CHARGE.
Unless we agree a FIXED FEE with you, we will agree an HOURLY CHARGE RATE and keep you informed both of the level of costs and estimated likely future costs on a regular basis. It is important to keep costs under review and to carry out a cost-benefit analysis of any proposed action.
We offer AGREED MAXIMUM CHARGES not to be exceeded without your prior agreement.
It may be possible to budget for your costs by arranging to make REGULAR PAYMENTS during the conduct of your matter. You can pay by STANDING ORDER or by CREDIT CARD.
