Injury Claims Service

Have You suffered Injury as a result of:
A Road Accident?
An Accident at Work?
A Pavement Accident?
Faulty Products?
Industrial Disease?
A Criminal Act?

If someone else is to blame, you may be entitled to compensation. Even if you were partly to blame, this may not prevent you from making a claim.

As well as suffering from your injuries, you may have lost earnings or incurred private medical expenses. You may also have other losses, such as repairs to your vehicle, car hire charges or the cost of having someone take care of you whilst you are injured.

Have You considered making a Claim?
Surprisingly, very few people even consider making a claim. You need not be one of  them - you may be entitled to claim in respect of your injuries against the person or company at fault, or their insurers.

Do not worry if the accident was some time ago, it may still be possible to pursue the claim. If the injury happened within the last 3 years, you should be able to claim. There are cases where you can still claim if the injury  was over 3 years ago. It is always important to take advice about an injury claim at an early stage so that you don't miss out. Ask our advice about this.

Examples of what You can claim for:
Compensation for your pain and suffering due to the injuries;
Loss of Earnings whilst absent from work;
Compensation for your future loss of earnings;
Private medical expenses;
Other financial losses reasonably incurred as a direct result of the injury or accident;
Legal or other costs or expenses

Finding out is Free
We offer a FREE first meeting with a personal injury specialist.

You can use this FREE advice session to find out whether you have a good case, how to go about claiming, and how much you might claim. We can arrange to see you at home or elsewhere if you are unable to come to our office.

There is absolutely no obligation. We will tell you if you have a good claim, but you do not need to take the matter any further unless you want to.

Over the past 3 years, nearly 80% of those who have taken  advantage of a free initial consultation have decided to go ahead with a claim and 90% of these have been successful. Many people who believed at first that their accident could not be blamed on anyone but themselves have gone on to make a successful claim.

Concerned about making a Claim?
There are likely to be a number of reasons why you've not already considered making a claim:

You may be worried about the costs involved. There are many ways in which costs can be covered for you. See Paying for Your Case.

You may be wary of going to court, or feel that you do not know enough about the legal process. Many successful cases are settled before anyone has to go to court. These days the court actively encourages people to try and settle their case 'out of court' and most cases are settled in this way.

You may believe that the person you think is to blame would not be able to pay any compensation. Most people and organisations are covered by insurance for this type of claim.

The advantage of our FREE initial consultation is that you can ask a specialist about all of these concerns, and more, free of charge and with no obligation. What have you got to lose?

Case Studies

Below are examples of the types of claims, and settlements, that our Injury Claims Services has recently handled.

Trips and Slips:

Mrs D fell over when Council workmen failed to replace a manhole cover, and did not properly repair the ground around the manhole, after carrying out work. There were no warning signs. The Council admitted liability.

Mrs D was winded, needed help to get up and suffered a soft tissue injury to her ankle. She needed to use crutches for 2 weeks and although the pain settled after a few months she was left with a permanent weakness in her ankle.

Mrs D also had a small claim for loss of earnings.

Total Compensation
£4500 and full payment of all her legal costs and expenses.

Road Traffic Accident:

Miss P was driving her car through traffic lights when another car pulled out into her lane, causing a collision.  Liability was admitted.

Miss P suffered a soft tissue injury to her neck. The pain was severe for a week and then eased off, with occasional pain and stiffness over the next 6 months, especially when bending, lifting or carrying a bag on her shoulder. She was fully recovered after 6 months.

Total Compensation
£2250 and full payment of all her legal costs and expenses

Accident at Work:

Mr F was at work on a building site when he fell into an uncovered manhole. A claim was brought against his employers and the owners of the site.

Mr F suffered a twisting injury to his back, and could not work for 6 months. The injury settled down over the following year but Mr F was left with long term moderate back pain, which could cause difficulties when undertaking heavy work.

Total Compensation
£10,000 and full payment of all his legal costs and expenses
