Arranging a visit
We will of course arrange to come out and see you in hospital or at home. Whether you are yourself a patient, or speaking for someone, just give us a call and we will arrange a visit. We are happy to travel to any hospitals or homes in the West Midlands area.
In person
Our office hours are 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Appointments may exceptionally be available outside office hours. You can always call into our reception for information about our services and those of others; we stock a wide variety of leaflets. Come first to our main reception at number 7 St. Mary's Grove to book in.
On foot and by bus
We are right at the centre of the Stafford Community in a pedestrianised area, next to the Grove coffee shop reached by the alleyway from the Market Square alongside Boots, at the side of the Guildhall Shopping Centre, and on the North side of St. Mary's Church. Click here for Location Map. Buses serve the centre of Stafford at frequent intervals. Follow this link for bus information.
By bike
There are now cycle paths into Stafford along a number of routes; you can bike straight to our office, and you can secure your bike inside our railings. Contact the Council Office on 01785 619619 for maps.
